On Wednesday, July 13 at The Village Presentation Centre, the public was invited to preview new designs for Phase Four. These designs were created by an All Star team of architects who worked tirelessly during a three day Charrette to create plans that expressed the beauty and uniqueness of Niagara-on-the-Lake.
